A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Laura Solensky has always had a passion for design. As a child, Laura would sketch floor plans of her bedroom before rearranging and decorating! After purchasing a foreclosed home that was in dire need of renovation, Laura decided to leave her IT job and pursue a career in design. She attended NYIAD in 2020 while working with Prudence Home and Design to sharpen her design skills. It was during this time that she also started blogging and sharing her work on social media. Seeing her online audience grow so quickly, Laura began offering virtual design packages that later led to the expansion of her business.
